All of our employees must meet the following base minimum requirements to be eligible to proceed to our review process which will include an in depth interview.

Employee Minimum Requirements

  • Must have minimum 3 yrs experience in remodeling and/or building industry.
  • Valid PA drivers license.
  • Reliable transportation from home to shop.
  • Must have own hand tools.
  • Must promote professionalism at all times with clients and coworkers.
  • Consent to a background check.
  • Willing to submit to a drug screening.
